To avail cellphone banking you need to be a customer of ADCB Bombay branch maintaining either current account/saving account or fixed deposit/s or despository account. The account holder also needs to have a cell phone line with SMS function duly activated to transmit messages while using Pull Options and receive information from the bank through the cell phone, for Push Options.
The registration form requires simple minimum information covering the accounts/deposits and DP account numbers, which need to be covered under cellphone banking. The Bank, upon receiving the registration form, will scrutinize the registration form with reference to the details furnished thereon and send an alert message to the customer informing that service is activated.
