Registration

Our customers desirous of availing CELLutions banking are requested to register themselves by filling up a Registration form, which is available on this site as well as at our Bombay branch and IOLO offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The registration form can be signed by the account holder/s for designating an authorized user and furnishing his cell number, which will be used for availing these services.

Kindly note in respect of the registration the following requirements:

• Joint accounts – All the joint account holders need to sign the registration form and authorize one person with reference to his mobile number to avail these services. The Authorized User could be one of the joint account holders or any person designated with the consent of all the joint account holders.
• Partnership firms – The registration form needs to be signed by all partners and they can designate one of the partners as Authorized user or any authorized signatory of the firm.
• Limited companies – The registration form needs to be signed by the authorized signatories of the company and one person can be authorized to avail the services on his mobile phone who could be an Accountant, Financial Controller or any Director or Company Secretary. A board resolution needs to be furnished to the bank resolving in respect of the availment of the services and designating the authorized user with reference to his name.

General Instructions

• Customers are advised to furnish the main account number and other related accounts / fixed deposits which are to be covered for these services.
• The registration per customer will be treated as single registration. However, joint account holders can prefer to have single registration by combining their accounts / fixed deposits / loans, provided all the account holders under different combination of names, sign jointly.
