Tax Advisory Services

• This facility is a purely advisory service for Non-resident account holders of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Mumbai Branch.

• This service is meant to satisfy basic queries on taxation with reference to current laws / practices.

• ADCB will try to mail the reply within 3/4 weeks’ time from the date of receipt of the prescribed form. However, ADCB assumes no responsibility for any delay in furnishing the reply for whatsoever reason, nor will the bank be responsible for the advice furnished.

• In case of complex matters relating to tax issues, the customers are requested to consult their own tax consultant.

• The service does not include and envisage filing of any papers/returns or appearing before any Tax Authority on behalf of the customers.

• The customers desirous of availing this service should approach our Indian Operations Liaison Offices (IOLO) at Abu Dhabi (Mr Vishwanathan, Tel: 6788195/6962311) or Dubai (Mr.Mahendran / Ms.Maria, Tel: 3346667/3347342).

• ADCB reserves the right to withdraw or suspend this service without any notice to the customers and to frame / amend such rules and regulations and the continuance thereof, at the sole discretion of the bank, without giving any reasons.
